Menorcan fiestas are vibrant, fuelled by Pomada (a drink made with local gin and lemonade) and celebrate the beautiful, black Menorcan horses.
Last night I went along to Chaophraya’s Thai Tasting Dinner, which showcased their new Graduation Menu. The event included a cooking AND a cocktail masterclass, as well as courses from the new menu. It was a complete treat.
