I don’t often enter competitions, but I was approached to take part in Carex’s Live Life Hands On Awards and decided to try my hand at it, (sorry).
The competition is based on a day in the life of your hands, and you can represent this in any way you like really; written word, video, photos etc.
I opted for visual, so tinkered about with a new app called Instapic. This is the result:
It made me focus on how my hands enable me to interact with everything, from the mundane of dish washing, to comforting and caring for my little girl. Let’s not forget the all important tea drinking either!
